Unseen Estate is intended for developers and property professionals who want to offer their clients immersive apartment visits. We assess the scope from your development, available documents and intended uses.

Items to define include model preparation, apartments covered, platform branding, hosting, usage rights and ongoing service requirements.

A written agreement before delivery

There is no purchase, subscription or payment on this website. Opening the visit or contacting us does not place an order.

A written proposal specifies deliverables, price and applicable tax treatment, schedule, each party’s responsibilities, licences, payment terms and any maintenance services. Work starts under the agreed and accepted conditions.

Commitments defined for the project

This page explains our commercial process; it is not a complete set of general terms of sale. Applicable contractual terms are provided before commitment. Where general terms of sale exist, they are supplied on a professional customer’s request in accordance with applicable rules.

The platform supports project presentation. Using the visit alone does not guarantee sales, conversion rates or commercial results. Mandatory protections applicable to particular contractual relationships remain unaffected.
